Preparation for a shoot

What are the preparations that needs to be done before the shoot?

• Clothes coordination is very important to achieve the best photography effect- clients are strongly encouraged to wear one similar color tone clothes or matching solid colors. Patterned clothes are strongly advised against. If there is a preference, please keep it to one member only.
• Please feel free to bring your favourite items for photography props. (Example, violin, golf clubs, tennis rackets, toys and so on) This definitely makes the photography session more personalized.
• Please be prepared to loosen up and have plenty of fun!

What are the wedding preparations that needs to be done before the photo shoot?

• Taking wedding photography is most likely a once in a lifetime event and forever etched lovingly in an album made just for the two of you. It is good to plan ahead and do some proper research on your preferences before embarking on the journey.
• Couples are encouraged to do research on the theme of their wedding shoot. (Eg. Gothic, romance, retro, regal, sensual and so on). That way, our studio can assign the right signature-styled photographer to our clients.
• Couples are also encouraged to participate in the location scout with our photographers. This will tie in very closely with the wedding theme as per mentioned above. We offer overseas shoots but full expenses will have to borne by the customers.
• Get enough rest the night before the photo shoot day as wedding studio and outdoor photo sessions are a whole day affair.
• Ladies, please come in with either no makeup or light makeup. Gentleman, please shave or groom before the shoot.
• Please remember to bring your own bouquet of flowers and corsage if you have not ordered the package with us for visual and photography enhancement in the photo shoot.
• On top of that, be prepared to bring some necessary items for the studio and outdoor shoot. (Eg. Correct pairs of heels and shoes, casual outfits if you prefer, for beach shoots, water bottle to quench a whole day of thirst, etc)
